 Turbine Blade Erosion-Resisting Coatiing

 

一、characteristics and uses
  Turbine is the important apparatus extremely in the thermal power plant, apparatus costly and to maintain costly, so the operation conditions to turbine and impeller of power plant are paid much attention to. But because of low temperature and form and reveal ,the turbine grades of blade often be eroded and wore by the vapor, there will be corrode burrs on the side entering angry of the tip of blade, even more, it may be rub and wear or lost the angle, as drawn. It causes endanger seriously to the safe operation of the turbine  , it also influences the exerting oneself of the turbine in a certain extent. Existing solution : 1,chang all blade which have denuded, 2,weld and mend the position of denuding;the further costly because the blade expensive. The last where will be bad consequence because of out of shape after welded and mended. 

  The new technology invented by our company ---CTCC  erosion-resisting coating is nano-metal-ceramic compound coating, The coating have high hardness, high strength and high water erosion-resisting , well combine strength with the body of turbine blade,and make sure no blade off and prevent the blade being further water erosion  when it is working. CTBC can mend the blade of denuding, is also prevents denuding the new blade.

三、construction techniques
1、Protect the position which do not need coating using side plate, spraying 30 eye emery and cleaning carefully the wording surface and burr root of the blade (using 14~16eye emery if it is new blade), then wash with acetone and dry up with the hot air blower.

2、Excellent supersonic arc spraying priming layer CL-NiAlTi produced by CADRE company,about 0.1mm thick。
3、Spraying water erosion-resistance layer CP-N-MeO produced by CADRE, the thick according to the erosion condition of blade, generally it is 0.3-0.4mm for new blade.
4、Polishing the working surface of the coating enable its smoothness meeting the qualification.
5、Coating CG-26 surface glue sealing hole, hot baking to scribble.
6、Before use, the layers must be solidified about 1-2 days, notice that the CTBC layers cannot be drenched, breathed, touched.
