The laser spraying technology has the characteristics of quick heating rate, small heat affected zone, small hot deformation on the workpiece, a high degree of automation, steady processing quality, etc. it can be used to laser spraying or melt-cover alloy coating, composed coating of metal and ceramics, in order to protect workpiece from wearing, eroding, and oxidation. The coating and basal body are united by the atomic metallurgical combination, the coating has a wide thickness range (0.1~3mm), the coating surface is slippy, processing is not necessary.
